About Oil Derek
Legend has it that Farmer Derek was named after the oil derricks that can be seen across his native south central Kansas. So for our first forray into extra dark roast territory, we thought it fitting to play on words a bit with our friend's name.

- Roast level: Extra Dark / French Roast - Beans have oils plainly visible on their surface
